Overwatch
Catch. Record. Act.
Platform AI Oversight & Compliance Command. Continuous, AI-driven moderation across every VeraGen app — built for the people responsible for keeping the platform safe, lawful, and accountable.
Continuous AI moderation across every VeraGen app.
Overwatch is the internal command surface used by VeraGen platform administrators to monitor, classify, and respond to AI-related incidents across every product in the suite — Tellagent, Cortex, InForm, Thrive, PromptPay, and Bases. It is not a customer-facing product. It is the safety, compliance, and accountability layer that sits beneath every other app.
Every prompt, every model output, every published artifact, every submission flows through Overwatch’s classification engine. Signals are scored, categorized, and routed to the right responder — automatically, immutably, and with forensic clarity. When something goes wrong on the platform, Overwatch is the system that catches it, records it, and gives administrators the controls to act.
Five steps from signal to enforcement.
Signal Capture
Every AI interaction across VeraGen apps is captured the moment it occurs — prompts, completions, submissions, publishes.
AI Classification
Signals run through Overwatch’s classifier — trained on platform policy, regulatory frameworks, and historical case data.
Severity Scoring
Each signal is scored Low / Medium / High / Critical based on harm potential, scope, and regulatory exposure.
Policy Matching
Scored signals are mapped to the specific policy, statute, or guideline they implicate — with citations.
Alert & Route
Routed to the correct responder: Trust & Safety, Legal, or directly to law enforcement liaison.
Built for accountability, not marketing.
Overwatch is not a feature we sell. It is the standard we hold ourselves to. Four design decisions distinguish it from every customer-facing tool VeraGen ships.
Admin-Only by Design
Overwatch is never exposed to end users or subscribers. Access is gated behind SSO and MFA, restricted to designated platform administrators, and every login is itself an auditable event.
Intentionally Minimal UI
No marketing polish. No persuasive design. Just dense, functional surfaces optimized for fast triage, accurate decisions, and zero ambiguity under pressure.
Evidentiary Clarity
Every record is structured for legal use — timestamps, signatures, classifier versions, policy citations, and chain-of-custody metadata attached to every incident.
Immutable Audit
Records are write-once, cryptographically sealed, and retained for seven years. Administrators cannot edit, delete, or back-date entries. The record is the truth.
The platform watches itself.
