Platform administrators live inside the Overwatch incident console. They monitor the live signal feed across every VeraGen app, triage active incidents, and take direct enforcement action — suspending accounts, quarantining artifacts, or escalating to specialized teams. They are the first responders for anything the AI classifier surfaces.
Trust & Safety Teams
Translate policy into classifier behavior and case decisions.
Trust & Safety reviews High and Critical incidents, calibrates classifier thresholds, and authors the prompt governance updates that shape what every VeraGen app will and will not produce. They use Overwatch to identify emerging abuse patterns, ship policy changes, and document enforcement decisions.
Compliance & Legal Counsel
Ensure every action and record meets statutory standards.
Legal counsel uses Overwatch’s audit log to validate that platform enforcement aligns with applicable regulation — across jurisdictions, industries, and reporting regimes. They review evidentiary exports before external delivery and own the seven-year retention and disclosure policy.
Law Enforcement Liaison
Single point of contact for NCMEC, FBI IC3, and ICAC.
When a Critical incident requires statutory reporting, the Law Enforcement Liaison uses Overwatch’s export pipeline to produce NCMEC CyberTipline submissions, FBI IC3 packages, and ICAC task-force materials. They manage authenticated API channels with partner agencies and respond to lawful process.
Regulators & Auditors

Regulators and third-party auditors do not operate Overwatch — but they read from it. Through controlled, time-bounded access, authorized inspectors review the immutable audit log, classifier version history, policy change records, and enforcement decisions to validate that the platform’s claimed controls are the controls actually in place.

Overwatch is an internal accountability tool. It is not licensed to enterprises, not packaged for resale, and not offered as a service to third parties. Every VeraGen customer benefits from it — but no customer ever operates it.
It exists because building AI products at platform scale carries platform-scale responsibility. Overwatch is how VeraGen meets that responsibility — by watching itself, recording the truth, and giving the right people the tools to act when something is wrong.
